About the competition

But first, a bit of history to situate our newcomers and perhaps a trip down memory lane for our regulars; The Majdalani World and Euro Cup Competition was started back in 1986 (Not to make you feel old but…most of our current participants weren’t even born yet!) when 3 passionate/very competitive cousins (what can we say…it’s in the genes) decided to up the stakes and have some skin in the game. They even enrolled their housekeeper Hamida to make it a 4 person competition, and even then, with a 75% chance of having a Majdalani winner, Hamida came out victorious. 38 years later, and we still have not had a Majdalani winner…

With over 300 participants in the Majdalani World Cup 2022 Competition from all over the world, we hope to have an equally diverse and fierce Majdalani Euro 2024 Cup Competition. We hope that you will join us once again and may the odds be ever in your favor!
